Enjoy our newly renovated spaces, stylishly decorated, and outfitted with all the everyday amenities to make the homes feel like yours. Depending on your needs we have spaces to accommodate up to 10 people or relish in the expansive homes solo.

Early check-ins are more difficult to guarantee as we require additional time to properly sanitize, clean, and prep for the next check in. Guests will be notified if the prep is completed ahead of schedule to offer the option of checking in early.

If you’ve booked weeks in advance the Check-in Instructions may not be available to you until 48 hours prior to arrival.

There are two separate entrances – one on the main level entering through the front or back alley doors of the building. Second entrance is on the lower level of the building. This is the door from the underground parkade.
Our downtown lofts do not offer additional parking for secondary vehicles. Paid parking is always an option on the street or at nearby paid lots. Further details will be located in the Check-In instructions.
No. There is a strict “No Events or Party” rule for specific properties. Guests will be asked to leave immediately upon notification from residents of such disturbances with no refund.
Smoking in our properties is prohibited. Guests will be required to smoke and vape outside either on the sidewalk or back alley locations. Smoking in the building or parkade will result in a fire code violation fee.
For 107th Street property – two sets of 6 ft. X 6 ft. garbage dumpsters can be found in the back alley enroute to parkade. Use the main lobby back door for easiest access to back alley dumpsters. Use the door to the left of the elevator in the main lobby and don’t forget to bring the building FOB with you
Unfortunately we have a strict No Pets policy.
The building was built in 1928, floors squeak and sound proofing properties not suitable for noise past 10pm in any part of the property. Parties, events, young families or late night gatherings are strictly prohibited. We pride ourselves in contributing to a friendly and respectful community. Other occupants and owners reside in this building full-time and must be respected. Noise bylaw in place from 10pm to 8am and must be followed otherwise the damage deposit will be forfeited if these rules and other house rules are not followed.
